These high quality miniature modular fibrescopes, have a seperate master control body. This allows one main head to be purchased, then used with many different image shafts - keeeping the cost purchasing and ownership down. Should damage occure to the image bundle, only the shaft need be replaced, or repaired, a major advantage.
The optical image is transmitted to the eyepiece, via a quartz bundle, of between 3 to 12,000 fibres, dependant upon the model and diameter. Each of these fibres is around 0.002mm in diameter. This allows a tighter bend radius than would usually be associated with similar products.
With diameters as small as 0.35mm and lengths upto 3000mm, they allow even the most challenging components to be inspected - robustly and regularly.

These are designed for heavy duty, daily use, with minimal servicing.
Viewing shafts are flexible polymer, the larger diameters can be metal braid, polymer dipped, should a rough service environment exist. They can also be supplied with thin wall stainless tubes, making them semi flexible, both are fully sealed against most industrial fluids, fuels and liquids.
Most models have eyepiece focus from 5mm - infinity.
ACMI light posts come as standard, with an included female adapter, making compatibility with exiting light sources and light guides simple.
The intgrated, white light transmission fibers, allow the highest level of illumination to be evenly spread accross the subject. Which on these small diameter scopes is essential.
