The DX61 is particularly suited to tissue culture applications and offers life science professionals convenience, performance and flexibility, combining infinity corrected optics with innovative mechanical design. It has been developed with the operator and working environment in mind. The compact, stable design is equipped to accept a wide range of accessories, including the option of patented Expanded-Pupil eyepieces.
Low positioned stage and focussing controls promote fatigue-free operation.A glass insert in the stage increases the visibility of the objectives. The stage is designed to accept a wide range of containers and adapters are also available to accept a variety of vessels and well plates.
Optional patented Expanded-Pupil eyepieces offer users advanced ergonomics by providing significant eye relief compared to conventional binocular microscopes. A small movement of the eye no longer means losing the field of view - users can simply move their eyes to view the full image area. The increased eye relief additionally allows spectacles or contact lenses to be worn in comfort.
